In this series of consultations, we’ll work together to track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and ensure you get the support you need at every stage. By the end of our sessions, you’ll have a deep understanding of how to manage your menopause symptoms naturally. You’ll feel more balanced, in control, and empowered to support your body through this transition

As a Nutritional Therapist specialising in hormone balance, I take a holistic approach to menopause symptom management. We’ll focus on nutrition, stress reduction, lifestyle adjustments, and natural supplements that are proven to help alleviate symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and weight gain.

Consultations:

  • Initial Consultation (60 minutes): A comprehensive assessment of your current symptoms, hormone levels, lifestyle, and diet. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan to address your specific menopause symptoms.

  • Follow-Up Consultations (45 minutes each): Regular check-ins to monitor progress, adjust your plan, and introduce new strategies as needed. You’ll receive ongoing support with diet, lifestyle changes, supplements, and stress management techniques.
