When you work with me, you’ll receive:

  • Learn which foods to enjoy and which to avoid to support your gut and keep inflammation at bay.

  • From meal ideas to stress management tips, we’ll focus on practical changes that fit seamlessly into your life.

  • Supplement Recommendations (if needed). I can guide you on gentle, targeted options to support your gut-healing journey.

​We will ask you to complete a questionnaire ahead of your first appointment which includes your health history, current health status and a week long food and symptom diary. Then you will have your initial appointment. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you and for you to tell us about you and your life. We will talk about your journey so far, your symptoms, and your current diet and lifestyle. We will discuss your goals and what you’d like to achieve from our sessions together. We will also be able to answer any questions you have and clarify anything you are not sure about. We will then go through the dietary and lifestyle adaptions for you to put in place to set you on your way to achieving your goals. We will guide you on what the most appropriate changes would be best for you, but we will also work collaboratively together to ensure any changes are manageable and easiest for you to achieve.

It's often taken many years for people to become unwell, therefore, a single appointment is unlikely to be of much benefit. 

After your initial package, ongoing support (if required) will be discussed and agreed with you based on what's most beneficial for you.
